Steven WilsonRegistered Valuer
Steven has been involved in the property profession for 35 years in various roles, (including consultancy, real estate sales, leasing, property management and valuation) and was registered as a valuer in 1979.
Steven moved to Paraparaumu in 2002 for a change in lifestyle, and now undertakes valuations for all types of properties, including residential, industrial / commercial and lifestyle blocks on the Kapiti Coast.
He is a member of the Rotary Club of Kapiti and is past president of the Rotary Club of Courtney Place in Wellington.
Steven is married with three adult children, and his interests include woodwork and developing his lifestyle block.
Qualifications
ANZIV (Associate New Zealand Institute of Valuers, SPINZ (Senior Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand), AREINZ (Associate Real Estate Institute of New Zealand – License Holder) Registered Valuer.
