Wendy Tampeau Property Consultant / Property Valuer
Wendy is a Kapiti Coast resident and has been valuing residential and commercial property in Porirua, Kapiti and Levin since 2003.
Wendy completed a property degree in 2003, majoring in valuation and property management, and is also a licensed Real Estate Agent and has had many years experience in both residential property management and residential sales.
Community activities include being a member of the Kapiti Rotary Club, and the Gold Coast BNI Group which meets every Friday to share ideas on business networking and business growth on the Kapiti Coast.
Wendy has three adult children and two grandchildren, and in her spare time enjoys exploring all the recreational activities the Coast has to offer with her partner Mark and dog Kelly, and spending time with family.
Qualifications
BBS (Valuation & Property Management), MPINZ (Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand), MREINZ (Licensed Real Estate Agent), Property Valuer.
